• Education:We are committed to providing educational and training facilities for the next generation of leaders in Kuwait. We do this by sponsoring classroom tours and internships across our businesses. Likewise, we invest in the education and training of our young employees to bridge the educational gaps among our people.
• Health: We are proud sponsors of medical centers and health care facilities in Kuwait and abroad.  The care of those in need, and a commitment to preserving the health of the people that surround us are values deeply rooted in our culture and traditions.
• Environment: We actively recycle our industrial consumption whenever possible, including oils, plastic, shipping and packaging materials. Mezzan is currently operating a waste oil treatment and refining facility and plans to expand to include several other waste management activities.
• Global Disaster Relief: We proudly say that we have the will to fulfill and support neighbors in distress whenever we can. During times of tragedy, it is our duty to come to the aid of those in need through direct contributions and by partnering with our clients and customers to leverage our resources where it can make a meaningful impact.
• Culture: Our local culture and traditions are the foundations that shape our leaders. They guide us in whatever we do, why we do it, and how we do it.
