Cake Factory : The factory has been set up using ultra modern production lines so as to compete with the best quality product in Europe. The factory produces a wide range of products from Swiss Roll, Mini Roll, Pound Cake, Butter Cake, etc. in the Frozen range. Using equipment imported from West Germany, including a continuous oven capable of baking over 14,000 cakes an hour, the factory also has specialized machines to flavour, ice and coat its products.
