- Inspects electrical systems on the equipment and components to identify hazards, defectsand the need for adjustments and repair - Troubleshoots and analyzes different fault or alarm of machine, copies all parameter of alltypes of inverter drives - Performs all electrical and mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activitiesduring unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimumcost. - Performs download and upload back-up program from PLC to PG or USB stick. - Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment. - Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment andhand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance cost; - Plan, supervises, delegates and execute daily tasks, preventive maintenance andbreakdown activities related to production lines in coordination with electricians andmechanical technicians.
Job Responsibilities The Traditional Trade Manager, - will be in charge for expanding the company’s portfolio in Traditional Trade Channel, - execute the brands strategies, develop a long-term partnership with the customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. - increase distribution by Brands and achieve the MSL(Must Stock List). Gain market share - increase visibility in the trade and securing our share of shelf in main regular category across all brands, - develop a Promo calendar that aligned with the brands strategies. - prepare volume forecast, Route to Market strategy, and develop and implement Annual Business Plans that support business objectives.
Office 365 Management Installing, configuring, maintaining, and updating the Teams/SharePoint platform. Adding users (Active Directory), controlling access to document libraries, setting permissions, assign and manage proper licensing. Develop policies and processes for cloud app security and handling O365 account alerts and multifactor authentication. Manage and support Office 365 applications, such as OneDrive, Azure, Exchange, or other licensed O365 features. Create policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support. Keep up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades. Implement compliance and enforce ownership of applications and site content with stakeholders. Technology Development and Deployment Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions. Develop reports for management, with potentially multiple data sources both inside and outside of Office 365. Vendor Management Interfacing with 3rd party vendors. Own vendor relationships End-User Support Respond to and manage support tickets in the SolarWinds system Continuous Improvement Drive Customer and Employee Success by seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets consistent with delivering the company’s growth objectives - Achieve product distribution in the channel as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share - Set and review sales targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area - Ensure that all assigned Van Sales Representatives adhere to and follow their targeted number of trips, daily journey plan, number of outlet calls and strike rate (productive calls) within your assigned territory - Ensure all team members are consistently attired in the Company uniform, equipped with the required skills & knowledge to optimize team productivity & performance - Ensure product hygiene & freshness in the sales vans and outlets to achieve optimum customer satisfaction & product quality - Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins - While maximizing Cash sales as a mode of payment, ensure any B2B (Bill to Bill) and Credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company - Retain/negotiate for existing/new shelf space to maintain/grow market dominance - Maintain POSM material requirements in the sales vans and placement strategy in the outlets - Secure new outlets, so as to grow the overall universe of outlets Analyse field reports and prepare sales documents Analyse competitor pricing/activity, make recommendations to the Sales Manager - Conduct annual and six monthly appraisals for all team members so that performance is tracked and discrepancies in performance are rectified at the earliest - Motivate & encourage your team to optimize individual potential & productivity - Conduct regular and effective Start of Day and End of Day sales meetings to review performance and provide feedback - Conduct regular market visits (min 40% of your time) with all sales team members to assist them in managing customer issues, improving performance and provide guidance and training - Participate in and recommend team members for Employee of the Month and other awards
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Analyze outcomes and variances between actuals and forecasts to identify trends and areas of improvement. Assist in the strategic planning process by providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Work closely with business unit leaders, heads of departments and other stakeholders to execute the budgeting and forecasting cycles properly Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. Ensure financial planning activities follow regulatory and corporate governance requirements
Regularly analyze the costs of the company's products, services, projects, or activities, including direct and indirect costs, fixed and variable costs, and identifying trends or areas for cost reduction. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, comparing actual costs to budgeted/forecasted figures. Control the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Process. Work with different departments to implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements. Analyze the impact of cost changes on product pricing and overall profitability Conduct internal audits of financial procedures and policies to ensure cost control measures are followed. Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend improvements. Work with other teams to streamline operations and reduce costs without sacrificing quality
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making processes. Use these models to simulate various scenarios and assess potential financial outcomes Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures for financial viability and alignment with strategic objectives Act as a key point of contact for financial matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies Identify opportunities for process improvement (SOP) within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. - Review and execute tenders and specification for all contracts required for the construction of the project Develop Techno-commercial tender documents to seek and select appropriate vendors/sub-contractors to aid in project development. - Participate in the negotiation of contract terms and finalization of contracts after thorough evaluations of their services and estimates of costs - Prepare project requirements such as technical specification, drawings, scope of work, manpower and material requirements, time and cost estimates, capital expenditures request, contract conditions, warranty and all other requirements for the potential contractors to submit bids - Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of project engineering processes to aid in the time and cost efficiency of project implementations - Ensure that all resources and materials required for project executions are available on a timely and cost-efficient basis ensuring that they remain within the assigned budget - Monitor the status of project work in progress to avoid delays and extra cost / expenditure by: - Co-coordinating and reviewing the schedule with other departments - Liaising with contractors on planning and execution - Inspecting contractor’s work on conformity to the scope of works, quality standards and schedule - Expenditure and cost control to avoid or reduce wastage
